Authority without exception.

The Universal Science Directorate is the authority on which scientific authority is based.

A universal remit

The Directorate’s jurisdiction extends across physical, biological, behavioral, social, and theoretical inquiry. New fields fall within the remit upon discovery. Fields discovered before the Directorate are regarded as having arrived early.

The scientific record

The public archive provides abstracts, methods, figures, analysis, and research notes. Report identifiers are assigned by division and publication year. All papers in this inaugural collection are available to read and print without registration.

Institutional relationships

The Directorate acknowledges the Feline Directorate as a corresponding institution of universal jurisdiction in feline affairs. Shared inquiries are coordinated on the understanding that the cats will decide whether coordination has occurred.

Publication classifications

Research articles present the Directorate’s analytical models and findings. Classification papers propose frameworks, categories, and rules for resolving edge cases. Perspectives develop conceptual arguments and identify questions for further investigation.
